Master Classes

NOTE: This is not a concert, this is a master class - a public lesson - where a guitar student plays on stage for the Maestro/a, and the public is able to observe (audit) the lesson.

Admission is free. Performances by students of the guitar program at Towson University. Works to be performed include Castelnuovo-Tedesco's Sonatina for flute and guitar, Brouwer's Micropiezas for guitar duo, and various solos.
 
Auditors welcome! This class is organized in collaboration with the Towson University guitar department.

NEW: Part of this class will be dedicated as group practice. Everyone can bring their guitars and practice along, learn some warm up routines, an efficient way to practice scales and arpeggios, apoyando and tirando (rest stroke and free stroke), and there will be a Q&A session. We are planning on streaming this part of the class on Facebook. Stay tuned for more information.
