Master Classes
NOTE: This is not a concert, this is a master class - a public lesson - where a guitar student plays on stage for the Maestro/a, and the public is able to observe (audit) the lesson.
Next BCGS Master Class will be during our annual Guitar Day on Sunday, May 5, 2013 from 10-12, at An Die Musik. Teacher will be TROY KING, of Towson University.
Performers and auditors welcome. Since there is a limited number os seats available, we require eveyrone to sign up HERE. Please look at the criteria for performing below:
- You must be able to complete a piece from beginning to end without stopping.
- Your piece should not exceed 5 minutes in length.
- Please include information on who your teacher is, if you are currently studying.
- BCGS select the players at its sole discretion, this is not first come, first served.
- Deadline for registration for performers in the class, is April 15.
- Please contact George Pleat for any questions regarding the Guitar Day.
BCGS Master Class with SERGIO AND ODAIR ASSAD presented in collaboration with Towson University's guitar department, on Friday, February 8, 2013 from 7 - 10 PM at Towson University's Arts Center (Recital Hall). THIS DATE PASSED

BCGS Master Class with the BEIJING GUITAR DUO - as part of FREE FALL BALTIMORE THIS DATE PASSED
The BCGS will present a master class with the Beijing Guitar Duo (Meng Su & Yameng Wang) on Sunday, October 7, 2012 from 11-2 PM. The master class will take place at An Die Musik LIVE in Baltimore. For directions click on the "About Us" tab.
