LATE SEATING
All concerts start at 8 PM unless otherwise noted. We urge you to arrive at least 15 minutes before each concert starts. As courtesy to performers and other audience members, latecomers will not be seated until an appropriate interval in the performance. Those arriving after the performance begins will be asked to remain outside the entrance door until the appropriate break with an applause, or at intermisson.
TICKETS ON HOLD/WILL CALL
All tickets on hold need to be picked up before 7:45 PM, tickets not paid for will be sold if not picked up by 7:45 PM if the concert is sold out. For most performances (see each concert for information) we present a pre-concert lecture from 7:15-7:45 PM in the hall. The lectures are free for ticket holders.
SEATING
Concerts at the BMA are open seating. Seats are reserved only for BCGS Supporters and Members. Seats in Kaplan Concert Hall are assigned on a first come, first served basis, with preference given to BCGS Supporters and Members.
CAMERAS, CELL PHONES, RECORDERS, BEEPERS & WATCH ALARMS
Cameras and any recording equipment are strictly prohibited. Cell phones, beepers and watch alarms must be turned off prior to the start of any event.
CAN'T COME? HELP US OUT!
If you cannot come, please consider donating your ticket back to the society for a tax deduction. Tickets must be donated by 5 PM on the day of the performance to obtain a tax deduction.

RECITAL HALL, TOWSON UNIVERSITY SEATING CHART: Seats are numbered and assigned.
BALTIMORE MUSEUM OF ART SEATING CHART: Open Seating, except lower section closer to stage reserved for BCGS Suppoerters and Members.
